قُلۡ هُوَ اللّٰهُ اَحَدٌۚ‏

Qul Huwa Allāhu 'Aĥadun

Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One

اَللّٰهُ الصَّمَدُۚ‏

Allāhu Aş-Şamadu

Allah, the Eternal Refuge

لَمۡ يَلِدۡ ࣢ۙ وَلَمۡ يُوۡلَدۡۙ‏

Lam Yalid Wa Lam Yūlad

He neither begets nor is born

وَلَمۡ يَكُنۡ لَّهٗ كُفُوًا اَحَدٌࣖ‏

Walam Yakun Lahu Kufūan 'Aĥadun

Nor is there to Him any equivalent
