وَالۡعٰدِيٰتِ ضَبۡحًاۙ‏

Wa Al-`Ādiyāti Đabĥāan

By the racers, panting

فَالۡمُوۡرِيٰتِ قَدۡحًاۙ‏

Fālmūriyāti Qadĥāan

And the producers of sparks [when] striking

فَالۡمُغِيۡرٰتِ صُبۡحًاۙ‏

Fālmughīrāti Şubĥāan

And the chargers at dawn

فَاَثَرۡنَ بِهٖ نَقۡعًاۙ‏

Fa'atharna Bihi Naq`āan

Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust

فَوَسَطۡنَ بِهٖ جَمۡعًاۙ‏

Fawasaţna Bihi Jam`āan

Arriving thereby in the center collectively

اِنَّ الۡاِنۡسَانَ لِرَبِّهٖ لَكَنُوۡدٌۚ‏

Inna Al-'Insāna Lirabbihi Lakanūdun

Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful

وَاِنَّهٗ عَلٰي ذٰلِكَ لَشَهِيۡدٌۚ‏

Wa 'Innahu `Alá Dhālika Lashahīdun

And indeed, he is to that a witness

وَاِنَّهٗ لِحُبِّ الۡخَيۡرِ لَشَدِيۡدٌؕ‏

Wa 'Innahu Liĥubbi Al-Khayri Lashadīdun

And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense

اَفَلَا يَعۡلَمُ اِذَا بُعۡثِرَ مَا فِي الۡقُبُوۡرِۙ‏

Afalā Ya`lamu 'Idhā Bu`thira Mā Fī Al-Qubūri

But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُوۡرِۙ‏

Wa Ĥuşşila Mā Fī Aş-Şudūri

And that within the breasts is obtained

اِنَّ رَبَّهُمۡ بِهِمۡ يَوۡمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيۡرٌࣖ‏

Inna Rabbahum Bihim Yawma'idhin Lakhabīrun

Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted
